The safe removal and disposal of asbestos
We offer a holistic approach in the remediation and removal of asbestos materials. This will include the process from scoping to the final handover of the final clearance certificate to the client.
This detailed process will include:
- Survey Reporting (Report contain the full quantification and type of asbestos to be removed from a specific area including recommendations and preferred actions to be taken).
- Proposal to be formulated according to the survey report (full budget costs with estimated volumes for disposal and transport).
- DOL notification (this notification needs to be submitted to the DOL before commencement of any works).
- Plan of Work (the POW will include the risk analyses & assessment complete with relevant remedial actions and precautions to be adhered to).
- Breaking or dismantling of asbestos materials
- Monitoring and inspection by an approved Asbestos Inspection Authority
(AIA). - Safe transport of asbestos materials to an approved and registered
landfill site (manifests and weighbridge certificate to be issued to client). - Safe disposal of asbestos materials (safe disposal certificate (SDC) to be
issued to client) - Site clearance certificate handover (declaring of the site asbestos free
either partially or in full)
