Inkwa Environmental Services are serious about Quality, Safety, Health and Environment. We are presently actively pursuing certification of our systems and standards in relation to OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
We have a zero tolerance policy in support of our stance for a better environment for current and future generations. Consequently we investigate all incidents and customer complaints. We apply the principles of root cause analysis and corrective action thoroughly to ensure that we prevent recurring problems.
Our people are trained and coached on all corrective actions to embed the learning and increase awareness of the consequences of recurrence.

- Our intention is to provide each customer with a personalised, seamless experience that makes it easier for them to manage doing business with us.
- We are committed to knowing our customers and meeting their needs. We subscribe to continuous improvement in service delivery to meet the changing needs of our customers.
- We strive to provide a level of service that does not attract complaints, however in the instances where customers are dissatisfied, we will take all possible steps to achieve a resolution.
